About Reservations
- Could you keep my luggage before and after check-in?
- Yes, we will keep it for free. Please bring it to the front desk.
Also, we can keep valuables at the front desk, so please let us know that you have valuables when you leave them. - What if I’m going to be late for check-in time?
- We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us before check-in time, and tell us the estimated arrival time.
If you don’t contact us even though the scheduled check-in time has passed a long time, we may cancel your reservation depending on the situation. - When should I pay for the accommodation?
- Please pay at the time when you check in.

- There’s no closing time, our hotel is 24hours opened.
- May I put visitors into the room?
- Visitors are not allowed in the room. You can meet at the lobby on the first floor.
- Can I use a computer in the room?
- Wi-Fi is installed in the entire building, and LAN cables are also available.
There is also a free computer in the lobby. - Is there a convenience stores and restaurants nearby the hotel?
- Yes, there is a 7-Eleven next to our hotel. Also, there is a gourmet map at the front desk, so please use it.
You can also ask to our front desk staff, we will introduce some places to eat outside. And there is chinese restaurant Taiko on the 2nd floor of our hotel.
About Parking lot
- Is there a parking lot?
- We dont have parking lot.
- Is there a parking lot nearby the hotel?
- We will guide you to nearby coin parking or Utsubo Parking.
*You have to pay for a charge
We will offer you a discount tickets at the front desk for 2000 yen per night (parking available until 23:00 the next day).
*You can use this parking discount ticket only for once, so if you leave the parking lot, you will have to pay an additional fee on the next use.
About receipt and delivery of packages.
- Can I send my luggage to hotel, in advance?
- If you send it to us after specifying the date of your stay and the name of your guest, we will keep it at the front desk.
Please understand that we cannot accept cash-on-delivery.
